Urethane Casting

Urethane Casting is the most economical way to produce functional parts that mimic mechanical properties of injection molded plastic parts. 3-D Technical Services has some clients who use this method for their production parts due to low volume and frequent design changes. We offer a large variety of durometers from 10A (skin soft) through 85D (Formica table top) as well as water clear urethanes for clear or tinted parts. We have roto-molding equipment to create hollow, lightweight parts. We routinely roto-mold bottles for multiple product comps. We also produce cast silicone parts.
