Urethane and Silicone Casting

Urethane and silicone cast molding is the most economical way to produce functional parts that mimic the mechanical properties of injection-molded plastic parts. These materials, which can be easily customized for color and transparency, are available in several durometers, ranging from 10A (skin soft) to 85D (Formica tabletop). The cast molding process can reproduce fine details and yields near-finished products that require only minimal secondary processes, such as assembly.

Roto-molding

We also have rotational-molding (roto-molding) capabilities that rapidly produce hollow, lightweight products using specialized, low-cost molds. This method is ideal for prototyping larger products where material costs and product weight are significant considerations.
